1- Prior to the session, the client must provide Datum Discovery account access. If necessary, Non-Disclosure Agreements can be signed.
2- Ideally, the client should have prepared initial reports on the data to help the trainer quickly understand the content. The trainer will dedicate a day to familiarize themselves with the data, which involves reviewing the data model and existing visuals.
3- To facilitate knowledge transfer on the data, the trainer will need to have a phone call with the creator of the reports or the dataset owner.
4- Equipped with this information, our trainer will proceed to develop the course content and manual for delivering the customized sessions.
